If your gateway is currently connected and active, you can uninstall it directly from the OpsRamp SaaS portal.
- Log in to the OpsRamp portal.
- Navigate to Setup > Account > Collector Profiles.
- Select the collector profile you wish to uninstall.
- Click the ellipsis icon (…) against collector profile and then click Detach.
- Confirm to complete the action when prompted.
