Introduction
Clients are the end entities – public sector entities, manufacturers, retailers, or enterprise customers that consume IT services within the OpsRamp platform. They operate in isolated environments with full visibility into their own resources and activities.
- Clients benefit from the autonomy provided by the platform, allowing them to manage their devices, configure policies, and respond to incidents independently, while still leveraging the foundational services provisioned by their Partner or Service Provider.
- With access to OpsRamp’s platform capabilities, clients can monitor infrastructure, automate operational tasks, and manage alerts effectively. This results in enhanced service availability, faster incident response, and improved operational resilience.
- Clients inherit relevant policies from their partner, but also have the flexibility to define their own based on business needs. This mix of shared and custom settings helps maintain standards while allowing flexibility.
By enabling clients with powerful tools and operational independence, OpsRamp supports scalable, secure, and efficient IT operations management across diverse business environments.
